Where a nice shirt
and pay, but if she doesn't even offer, make the first date the last one.
Oh also wear pants.

Dress casual, but not flashy. Don't try to impress her with your clothes or jewelry or stuff like that. You want to make a good first impression, but you want her to talk to you to see what you're like, not learn about you from your clothes.
And you should pay! The more you like her, the more important that is. There's a sort of subconscious thing that goes on in a girl's mind when the guy pays. Even if she offers to pay you say 'No, I got it.' In fact that's even better because you paid even though you didn't have to.

I always split the check with my dates.
What you wear depends on where you are going.

Wear what is appropriate for where you are going.
Not too sloppy or too fancy.
Be yourself. Don't try to act different than yourself.
Pay. This is the class thing to do.
The exception is if the event it too expensive, then you can discuss whether it would be good to each pay your own way so that you can afford to go.

From the looks of your picture - I say go to the beach shirtless ... lol ... ok ok why not try something like a button up shirt with some nice pants ... if you're more casual - go for shorts ... good luck and have fun ... !

pay for the meal and insist on it. She will like that because your being a gentleman. Ask her what she wants you to wear. not that blunt but ask if there is anything special she would like you to wear. from past experience (once) the response to that question will be awwww. (thats what my girl did) then she'll tell you

First date...you pay. Depending on where YOU are taking her should determine where you will wear. If some place really nice, be sure to let her know, so she doesn't over dress or underdress for the occasion.

It depends on where your going, if your going to a fancy restaurant, wear nice looking clothes, if your just hanging out, wear nice casual clothes.
If you asked her out, you pay, is she asked you pay unless she insists that she pays.

What you wear depends on where you're going. Just be clean, not wrinkled, and go easy on the cologne.
