The best time to breed a rottie is about 2 weeks after they have been spayed. Then you will be assured that you will not be condemning dogs in an animal shelter that needs adoption. You will not be bringing inferior dogs with genetic and/or medical problems into the world. Best of all you will not subject the rottie to jeopardy because of your lack of knowledge regarding dogs.
