Hi David,
It's ok. I think the biggest struggle to be met are those voices of judgment and guilt that live inside us.
I fought depression for years, went to counselors, and psychiatrists, took a pharmacy of antidepressants and anti anxiety pills, until one day I had to stop being the guinea pig because none of it was working.
At 24 I had to decide that there was nothing wrong with me, which took a couple of years to sink in.
Then what worked for me is that I had to start taking each emotion as it came and just sit with the thought without guilt, without judgment, and cry without punishment. With each moment of acceptance the next emotion was easier to sit through, and each day it got increasingly better.
I'm sure that you have a friend or a parent to confide in, if all else fails use a journal. I find that I can't get a thought out of my head if I just write it down, I can breath.
Good luck.

That is one of the most beautiful things ive read...
About you?...
Im assuming it is...that much emotion cant be made up...
I wish i could give you a hug...
Thats what u need and a chat with ur GP or a close friend...
Things arent as bad as they may seem...
Ok maybe thats really cliche but it's true...someone once told me that when ur mind is in a place like this then things seem much worse than they are...
I no that may sound really patronising because when i was told that i thought they were making a dig...its true tho...
I dont know why ur feeling the way you do so im not going to judge why ur feeling like this and tell u exactly what to do but i think that if u see ur GP then they may be able to give u stepping stones to a brighter future...
Take care...Your in my thoughts...
Email me if u want to talk...
Stay strong x

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.
http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2006/11/27/causes-of-dark-circles/
If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

To hide dark circles, you can use YSL concealer or salmon concealer..

That poem is a very meaningful creation, i can empathize and relate to every bit of it. If this is about yourself or you wrote it you don't need help, you need support.
It sounds like everything in the world is passing you by and your trying to catch up.........don't fight the flow of events in your life, drift through them. Take your time with things because it's never too late.
I suggest going to local gatherings or clubs, making some new friends and relaxing......maybe take a week and treat yourself to a spa. You deserve it.
Most importantly, YOU ARE NOT ALONE, speaking from my own feelings I'm not sure who I am or where I fit in life.
If you want/need to talk to anyone about your emotcions i will listen. add me on msn or e-mail me at joseph.nerini@tiscali.co.uk
Always listening, Joe

Hi,
that's a brilliant piece of writting. If it's about you, or someone close i am sorry, i am going to guess about you because only someone who has felt that way could understand what you've wrote and i am sure so many people who have read it on 'answers' can relate to it. It sounds to be coming from someone with an eating disorder and depression...i could be wrong but they are 2 conditions i can soo relate to as i have and am a sufferer!
best of luck to you

Very good description...and you are your own worst enemy.
Unless and Until you accept that you need help, you aren't going to get better. Urge you to seek professional counselling and perhaps even medication. People should be comfortable and happy with in themselves, not rely on someone else to "make" them happy. Because ultimately, you are the only one that can make you happy for any length of time, anyone else is doomed to failure.

I think you have written your own answer - we all need company. I hope you can find some friends - its not always easy but, it is worth the search. But, in the short term see a doctor for advise - Good luck

I think you should eat when you're hungry.
I think you shold sleep early and get cozy in bed when you do
I think you should stop exercising so much.
I think that you have voices is bad. I think you shold get informed about how to deal with those voices, I think they are the main problem.

I think you are in a horrible place right now and you need help.
I think you might even be afraid of getting that help because getting better means facing up to life.
But i KNOW that you have to get help and you MUST do. Please go to a doctor and tell them what you have put here.
Good luck.x
