A sheriff has obligations and responsibilities just like a judge or Reverend of a church. It is a duty as well as an honor. To disgrace that position... his embarrassment and hypocrisy alone should make him resign; and of course he broke the law so he should go through the same process he has put other criminals through and at 1000 plus pills, I would say that is a little more than a misdemeanor!

Well, that's the same drug (oxycotyn) that made ole Limbaugh deaf. But neither the doctor shopping or nor the actual procession of the non-prescribed drugs slowed down Rush's career. Something to think about.

Damascus, Virginia's police chief got caught selling meth-
Damascus is a very small town and one would never have imagined that something like that was going on.
Both I am sure will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law-
http://www.roanoke.com/news/roanoke/wb/122044- that is the story about it

He will most likely be suspended pending termination. Hopefully, if he wants to, he'll check into rehab.
