At 5' 7" and 125 pounds you don't need to be losing any weight. You get down to 115 and we'd have to tie an anchor on you to keep you from blowing away in a mild breeze.

Getting in shape maybe but not losing weight.

Some of the things you can do which are fairly simple. One is substitute fresh fruits like oranges, plums, tangerines, apples, bananas for junk food. Instead of using Mayo on your burgers use mustard instead. Lay off the French Fries. Instead of soft drinks, drink unsweetened tea.

As far as exercises, try swimming. biking (if you like in an area where it is safe.) alternating between speed walking and jogging. Speed walk for a little while then jog a little while. Light weight lifting to tone your muscles. (Not body building or power lifting) using light weights and doing a single set with a lot of reps. (not hard) volley ball, tennis, and soccer. Considering your height basketball as well. And if all else fails there is always the window shopping at the mall. You get plenty of walking doing that. You can also try softball as well.

I have a friend who is 5'3" & 130lbs. so I don't think you should worry too much.my advice is to just start eating healthier foods (no junk food!) and the weight will start coming off. GOOD LUCK!
