Protein is a category for essential nutrients your body needs to function properly. There are many different kinds of proteins, and they can be found in many different foods & other materials.

Most fruit has little to no valuable protein in them.

Things like soybeans, nuts & meat have the highest protein concentration of foods.

No. Protein comes from animals (anything animal, eggs, meat, milk,etc) , seeds, nuts and legumes (beans, etc.).
