I don't know why I'm taking the time to answer a question that so clearly illustrates you're not interested in finding anything out anyway, you just want to laugh at something you don't agree with. However...
We are all equipped with te tools to be saved. First, we have the ability to reason, which I've always found to be a roadmap to God. That is how we will know He exists; reason demands it. Second, we are born with a conscience. This lets us differentiate between God's path and our own. Combined with reason, even a deaf, dumb, and blind person can know that there is a God, their supreme Creator, and that they have parted from His way. Furthermore, reason can enable them to know that sin cannot be paid for by human actions; it's not about tipping the scale in our favor, it's about whether we are BLAMELESS or not. We are not, therefore we cannot be with God as we are. Anybody with reason can determine that it is up to God to forgive them for their sins; in that moment of revelation, if that person humbles themselves and asks for it in their heart and mind, they will be forgiven.
Your argument is based on the assumption that Christian principles are just a set of rules and imaginary facts that were made up, and that salvation is based on being taught those protocols and conforming to them. I hold Christian truths to be self-evident. Being deaf, blind and dumb does not make you an idiot.

I don't know about heaven.
But I do know that if you're deaf, dumb and blind, you can supposedly play a mean pinball.

Why would they not be able too, God grant's them grace, just like he does a retard, or any other person incapable of asking God to save them. The reason they are like the way they are is a generational curse that the parents did or there ancestors.
God would never put someone on Earth only to banish them to hell.

In Exodus "god" boasts of having made people handicapped.
4:11 And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?
and then there are these lovely passages...
Blind people cannot approach the altar of God:
"Whosoever ... hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God. For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous, Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded, Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken; No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God. ... Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries." -- Leviticus 21:17-23
David can't stand the sight of blind people. Whoever kills them will be rewarded.
"And David said on that day, Whosoever ... smiteth ... the blind that are hated of David's soul, he shall be chief and captain. Wherefore they said, The blind and the lame shall not come into the house." -- 2 Samuel 5:8
Based on these passages, I think Heaven isn't handicapped accessible.

I suppose the Christian answer would be if they are baptized they can be saved. They don't need to be able to speak, see or hear to be baptized. And the Bible says when Jesus died on the cross "the graves of all the dead opened up" or something like that and they were granted access into heaven.

They are more likely to go to Heaven, along with children & others who couldn't chose or understand. God doesn't penalize them for this. He made them that way & took them at the time He did for a reason.

Exodus 11:4 "And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?"
God intentionally makes people disabled. Why?
