Check out the organization Flex Your Rights -

I have their video "Busted" and it's a great introduction to dealing with police encounters.

Former Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) Barry Cooper has recently put out a video called Never Get Busted; check out his web site too

He had a great interview on Free Talk Live; it's archived on their web site, along with interviews of other freedom activists:

Remember: You have rights. You are innocent until proven guilty. But be courteous - cops are people too, but they carry weapons, & I don't want you to get hurt. Be smart about your partying, and everyone can be safe and have a good time!

If you refuse it won't you get arrested til it goes away? They would need a warrant. I don't think they will search your house for partying. They will just show up and close it down. They won't breathalize you unless your driving or walking drunk or something, cuz then your at risk or getting hit by car or causing an accident.

There's no way this police officer imposter above me is a real police officer, no police is a top contributor, cops work too much..top contributors have a lot of time on their hands

As others have said, you can refuse a breathalizer, but I doubt that the police would need to breathalize you unless they suspect that you are driving under the influence or you are drunk in public.

As far as I know, as long as you're inside your home or someone else's home, there is no reason for one, since there is no law against drinking on private property.

Being drunk on public land, like in a park is probably illegal. I'm not sure about the laws in Washington state, but that's how it is here in California.

You can refuse the test, but if you are driving and they suspect you've been drinking too much, they will arrest you and take you in for a blood test. If you are partying at your house, they have no right to enter unless they see or smell drugs. If you are underage for drinking and they see or smell alcohol and there are no of age persons there, they can also arrest you.
My best advice to you is to party quietly so the cops wont come to the house and to get a designated driver so you don't kill someone and/or yourself.

Hmmm not old enough to drink huh? Nothing. Grow up and either take the consequences or wait until you're 21.

Drinking isn't that exciting.

Oh and many states are passing laws where they can just show up and break up a little kid drinking party. If there isn't already one...look for it in your area soon.

Cops are real good at finding away in. Even if they lie who are the courts going to believe an underage kid who was drunk at the time or a police officer.

You can tell them that letting cops breathalize you and search your house is against your religion.

It sounds like you need to chill out a bit if you are worried about that kind of thing.

"Stop or I'll shoot." But that will only stop them for a while.

The cop is there because you are disturbing the peace and someone complained. The cop can enter your home without a warrant if he has reason to believe a crime is being committed or some one is at risk (children drinking qualifies as both).

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

You can refuse the sobriety test, however they can just take you into the station and do it there. You can refuse them access to your home without a search warrant, however they can enter it if they feel that there might be iminate danger inside or if there is illegal activity going on. The only thing that you can do to stay out of trouble is to do just that, stay out of trouble.

If they have probable cause they can search your house without your consent. You can refuse a Breathalyzer if you want but you might want to check out the implied consent law from when you got your drivers license.

Well, they have to ask to search your house without a warrant, unless they see something from outside to give them probably cause to search your house like a dead body or blood stains on you shirt. You can ask to see a lawyer. They have to provide one to you.
