According to all of the health websites I go to I am considered average based on my height and weight. I am 5'6" and weigh 138. Is that too much to weigh? I exercise usuall 4-5 times a week for 30-45 mins. My main problem is I don't eat a lot of "real food" because I like to save my calories so I can eat a small blizzard from Dairy Queen. I seriously eat D.Q 5-6 times a week.
What I really want to know is do people who do not know me think I am at a healthy weight, and does any one know any ice cream places that have a low fat ice cream but doesn't taste like it? My favorite food is ice cream, but because I don't eat right I have low iron and low blood preasure. If some one can just give me some low fat or low calorie desert ideas it would be greatly appreciated!!

awareness is the first big step! Whooo hooo! congratulations!
I think you've very nearly answered the question yourself.

Why not set your favorite food up as a reward food?

Since you probably know that a human body cannot sustain itself on milk, cream and sugar for very long without losing muscle mass and gaining fat, you might want to set yourself a plan of work and reward so you can have your ice cream and the body that you want.

Add resistance training to your workout if you aren't doing it already. Also, eat an apple or a small bowl of oatmeal in the morning to get your metabolism kick-started.

I think giving yourself your Blizzard as a reward once in awhile might be something you want to aim for...depending on whether or not you want to gain weight as you get older or make your body a bit more healthy.

Remember: Your body is working really well for you...a working body needs certain vitamins and minerals, best found in food! Your body needs vegtables and meat...fruit and nuts...the ice cream is an emotional reward but you need to be generous with your body, too...it's working hard to make it possible for you to eat the foods you like...repay it for its trouble! hehe

If you don't, You could easily be eating your way to some serious issues later in your life. I"m guessing you are on the young side, which does put time on your side, but not forever.

treat yourself to a blizzard fewer times a week...guaranteed you'll definitely get one benefit out of that...you'll enjoy them MUCH more!

Good luck!!
and remember...if the recipe you use or the ice cream you eat is Low-Carb remember to check the SUGAR content. If It's high, as it's likely to be...that's not a good thing either.

Well everyone has favorite foods, but you can't live off mostly Ice Cream. You have to either give it up and only eat it once a week or deal with the weight gain associated with it. I would try to find a happy medium and buy ice cream at the store that has less fat/calories. I think that is the safest bet.

you KNOW you don't eat a healthy diet, and you do it anyway? No one here can help you if you don't have the self discipline it takes to eat in a healthy manner. You obviously "live to eat" rather than "eating to live"....and frankly, it is going to catch up with you one day, likely you will develop adult onset diabetes, and if you remain irresponsible with that condition, it will kill you. Choice is of course, yours.
But you may want to consider growing up a bit, and being more disciplined.
