They should have class, not act like an airhead, refrain from gossip and generally be themselves and not try to be what they think I'm looking for.

I like it when women are agressive and make the first move. However, the woman must be well groomed, clean, hair and nails done. But, be a little confident, cocky, and not easy. Make the approach a NSA thing, get to know each other and then rock my world. Keep it on that level without any formalities. In time, it will come.

If you are a reasonably attractive female all you need to do is go be where the guys are and act approachable. Nothing more is required from you.

Well, guys are dumb and are not good at reading signs and getting subtle hints. You HAVE to be obvious and let us know that you're interested in us. Is it unfair and put girls at a disadvantage?
Yes, but it also gets rid of you getting upset when we don't get what your intentions are.
We DON'T want games. Don't tell us you don't like us if you expect us to want to go out with you. Be honest and upfront. Guys like that in a girl. Be yourself and be confident in who you are. That's enough.
Otherwise, you don't need to have a guy. Don't define yourself by having a boyfriend. Enjoy being who you are.

When I was single I NEVER said no to a date with a girl when she asked me!
SO get over the old fashioned tradition and ask the guy out!
Don't get me wrong I asked out plenty of women too, but all I am saying is I never said NO to a girl that asked me out.

I'm sorry to say this, but I would not ask a guy this question, because ost of the worthless assholes would say "sleep with him" or some stupid thing like that. I personally would say, Dress cute, smile alot, flirt, and tease, pla hard to get, but not too hard to get.

they can start by coming up and talking to me. Most girls are scared to talk to guys and thats just silly. Most of us would be happy to have a girl come out of nowhere and say hi.
