The "ugly" is sign is done with the side of your index finger placed on your face and the top under your nose, then making a sweeping motion to a scrunched index finger (like wiping a bugger out from under your nose. Made with a disgusted face.

"anorexic" is sometimes signed with the palm of your left and facing your face in front of your mouth, and the right hand made into an "A" hand shape and making a knocking motion on the back of you hand. That sign is not used all the time, you will have to describe what it means when that sign is used or not used....that is called contextualizing.

Stick an index finger palm down under your nose. Pull it to your right and change the handshape into an "X." While doing this sign use an "ugly" facial expression.

ugly - beginning with the extended right index finger in front of the left side of the face, palm facing left and finger pointing left, move the hand to the right side of the face while bending the index finger to form an "X" hand.

You make an ugly face to say ugly. I hope you won't use that too often.
