No, an illegal action does not need to be rewarded.

just certain small numbers of immigrants which are students that have no criminal record and gr8 grades.The rest should be deported.For the students, they be rewarded with a green card by going through the rigorous process and going in the back of the line so legal immigrants have their chance but never be rewarded with citizenship forever because of breaking the law!

No. That doesn't solve the problem, it just covers it up. Rewarding criminal behavior only encourages more people to commit the same crime.
