Why do you think 114 is alot? It's not. Staying with your build, If you were only 5 feet you would probably weigh only 94 lbs. Every inch adds at least 5 lbs b/c of bones, muscle, tissue.. etc.
You sound perfect. Don't get caught up with numbers!

Well i think you honestly just need and/or are looking for attention, maybe you don't get complimented enough or something. Now you want to know why you weigh so much ? Well for starters your only 5'4 in reality 114 is about 5 lbs under, you're at a perfectly fine weight, and not mention you're in great shape as well since you claim you have abs, well fat isn't the only thing that can make one weigh more but muscle as well. And besides weight has nothign to do with being healthy. I have a friend whos really skinny BUT she weighs 160 and believe me she definatly doesnt look it, you know why because shes 6'0 so really its not how heavy you are in reality but how much in shape you are. So quit watching tv and reading about Nicole Richie or the Olsen twins or whatever, your fine you're healthy your in shape, get out of this useless race or competition for who ever is the lightest becuase trust me no matter how 'light' you way there will ALWAYS be someone whos going to weigh less than you no matter what you do. So just enjoy your body for what it is, be proud of your accomplishments instead of whining about whats it not, its really a waste of time and unneccessary stress.

Muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. You should be able to have your muscle mass checked at a fitness center. They will tell you whether you are in good form or not. Don't start any crazy binge diets. You'll do yourself more harm than good. Just keep up the exercise, swimming etc. A healthy body is what it is all about.

Simple, you sound ripped girl. 114 at 5'4 on a woman who apparently has significantly developed muscle by no means seems heavy to me. I would assume the majority of your weight is carried in leg muscle, being a swimmer in all.

Check out a BMI calculator. You are at the low end of normal. If you weighed 110 lbs you would be underweight.

I don't see what is wrong with being 5'4" and weighing 114lbs... a lot of it has to do with the size of your skeletal frame as well as muscle and bone density. Being a swimmer, you build quite a bit of leg, shoulder and back muscles, which could add to your weight (as muscle weighs more than fat)

Well, first of all you don't weigh much at all. Secondly, if you have a lot of muscle, you will weigh more than if you lack muscle, but you could still look the same size.

114 is not heavy for 5'4". If you were 40 years older I'd ask you out.
I once held the Virginia state record for 100meters butterfly.
Keep swimming and you can not get fat.

Well, that is actually a really great weight for your height. Anything else would be almost underweight.
http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
according to this BMI index it says you are 19.6 and anything under 18.5 is underweight.
If you have more muscle then that will cause you to weigh a little more as well.
