Ooh, that sounds too scary. What if God finds out about my adulterous betrayal? Can I at least keep sucking my thumb while I tightly clutch my security blanket? I just pray that it will protect me from God's wrath and divine retribution that I've heard so much about. The Church keeps telling me I'll go to hell for using my brain and questioning too much, and they seem to know what God wants better than anyone, so maybe they're right.
