Touching is not having sex.However, if the finger make you have an orgasm,that is sex.If you using the hands and make the guy have an orgasm, that is sex.Fellatio is also sex.See. sex is not only penetration,other acts are consider sexual too.The good news is all the acts are good for the human health.
