Usually I go to open casting calls which say wear club clothes but this one is closed (appointment only)...Im 5 feet tall 115llbs...they said "dress fashionable accenting marketable features"

It's odd that they're having closed appointments so see people for a music video (unless of course you're being seen for a part as a principal performer). Usually, if you're the right age and body type, you're in and casting directors usually just call agents and tell them so send people of a certain type to the shoot or put out the word in local papers.

"Accenting marketable features" is a polite way of saying "show us what you have". I'm fairly certain they want to see your body if it's good. Dress fashionably means wear something that's current, though it would help to know who's video it is or what kind of music it is.
