This question is totally out of any consideration, even by respect to other people shouldn't be done, however, answering your question: "NEVER" each people have its own ancestral idiosyncrasy and right to keep it forever.
They would first disappear out the map before changing their language either their culture. This statement looks something to what A. Hitler wanted and with all his resources he couldn't.

Well of course we would. If you want to assimilate them into our country and business they would have to learn English, at least for public speaking as people belonging to a English speaking country.
Of course that would be unfair right, I mean the Spanish let all the Indians keep their own languages, that's why Mexico doesn't have one main language like Spanish or anything correct.
Quit looking for petty ignorant reasons to trash Americans people, the conquerors always force their own ways and language on the conquered, that's the way it is.
Of course the Mexicans are too stupid to realize you have to conquer before you can force change.

And how would the United States do this there more Mexican nationals in Mexico that speak Spanish and they've been doing it for hundreds of years and the United States is going to walk in there and say they have to speak English. The American government could try but it wouldn't work.

It's been a century since the US last harbored colonial ambitions, but, a remnant of that flirtation with empire is Puerto Rico, where they're still speaking Spanish.
So, if the USA could put up with one of it's territories being spanish-speaking for a century, I think they could extend the same courtesy to Mexico - in the vanishingly unlikely event of forced unification.

Great Idea. Only some to most already speak the English language. We'll just need to reform the rest into doing so. If it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander too.

Armageddon will come first before any thought of thinking such force.
The closes that they could get to any such attempts would be to train a parrot, and then again not just for the mere sake of it.

no it would not. the U.S. doesn't have an official language though the national language is english. (if the offical language was english you wouldn't be able to print official stuff: voting instructions etc... in other languages.)
