I've known my friend for about 7 years, met her as a freshman in high school.
We make out sometimes just for the hell of it and yeah we already did "IT".
I dont consider her my girlfriend, we dont hold hands, no public affection or anything like that. she's attractive yeah but i think she's always going to be my best-friend. We're both 21. Do you have a relationship like this? or have you ever had something like this in the past?
for those of u thinking she's a friend with benefits or a fling..NO its not like that!

Yeah, I have a relationship that's an awful lot like that. It's really hard to explain. People are too quick to categorize everything and this sort of relationship doesn't fit neatly into any particular category. When all's said and done, what matters is that I'm at peace with it...

I think you confuse friend w/benefits with a f*ck buddy. A f*ck buddy is someone you don't really know or care about that you call when you are horney.
A friend with benefits is exactly what you have, it is a good friend who you can have a physical relationship with, and not be romantically involved. If you have a friend like that you are lucky it only turns bad if one has true romantic feels and the other one does not.

Yes, I had a friend like that in college. 8 years later, we're
married with 2 kids, a dog, a mortgage, and the same great relationship.
She's a friend...and will always be one even if you don't get married. So enjoy the time that you share with her and make the most of it.

Do you suddenly, when talking to other people, sense that you wish you could talk about the same thing with her instead? Or when something good happens, do you call her at once and tell her? Do you want to be intimate with someone else than her?
