It's gorgeous.
If you fell in love with it at first go with that.
Why are you all of a sudden doubting it?

It's pretty. Oleg is my favorite designer that David's Bridal carries too. I'm not a huge fan of it being a 2 piece but it's your wedding, and I'm sure you will look gorgeous in it! Your right about choosing the champanine colour. I bet it will look great on your tan skin! Not a lot of people can pull of white. I'm having diamond white!
If your having second thoughts, maybe it's not 'the one'?! I would try on more, you'll know when you find it. I found my dress on the last day of shopping and it gave me goose bumps and made my MOH, Grandma(s), and Mom tear up! Love at first sight!
Good luck and congrats!

It's quite formal and a lot more extravagant than anything I've worn!
The important question isn't what I think of it, though, it's what you think of it. Does it make you feel beautiful? Does it make you feel bridal? If so, then wear it and feel gorgeous!
It really is rather magnificent, if you ask me.
BTW, you did well to go by what looks good with your skin tone. Some women look terrific in pure white, but others just plain don't. You should look your best on your wedding day, and if champagne is the color that does it for you, then that's what you should wear.

It's beautiful. But for a wedding dress I would go with a puffier skirt. Kinda like a cinderella dress. That's just my opinion. If you loved and now u changing your mind then ask about your options. YOu might be able to get another dress or have that one altered to what you want. Just because it was your first choice doesn't mean you have to stick with it. Remember, your wedding dress has to be the dress you see and fall in love with no questions asked. It should make you feel beautiful and you should be so excited to wear it. If that dress doesn't do that for you, then it might not be the right one. Good Luck!!

i worked there for a while and this gown (in champagne -rarely did it sell in white/ivory) really looked so flattering on any bride that was olive skinned. I think it is a gorgeous dress and with the lace applique all over the skirt it is absolutely formal enough.. it is a beautiful dress! so happy for you you're going to look fantastic!

I would kill for a body to pull that off! and its SUPER formal, very elegant. not to mention it would be like $950 down the drain cuz its not really a returnable thing! I say stick with it.....you fell in love with it for a reason, don't look at other ones, just enjoy this one! congrats!

I for one love it. That whole line was designed to be elegant but not over the top with the huge skirts and poofs and beading. It's simple elegance really. I think it's plenty formal enough.

If you aren't 100% sure, I'd keep looking.
This is a beautiful dress, but if it is not quite there check out more. Beige is a good color for you, so focus on that.

I wouldn't doubt it is not extravagant or formal enough. I think it is beautiful and if you have the figure to pull it off, go for it!

That is a very pretty dress. My wedding dress isn't a white dress either. It is ivory and looked better on me than a white dress.

Simpilty is best and if it looks nice, even better! Im not saying that formal ain't nice, but if you put it on and felt 'I love this' go with it. Trust your instincts. And Congradulations on the engagment!
