I know this is wrong, but i think he is exactly the man i've been looking for all these years! He is very cute, hard working, has a lot of $$$, and he is such a nice person! And sometimes when i talk to him i think he likes me, but i don't know...maybe it's just my imagination lol. Obviously i cannot date him, but what can i do to forget about him? i see them everyday lol!

Tell your best friend that you think your in love with her husband. See if she is willing to give you advice on how to forget about him.

i noticed you mentioned he has lots of $$$. if he was the one youve been looking for all these years, as you said, that wouldnt have even entered into your head. Love is supposed ot be about how you make each other feel, not the scratch he has. I think you are in love with the thought of having what your friend has. your jealous. if you any kind of friend to this girl, youll stop this at once before you screw up more then your own life. you need to remember, your actions will change things for those around you as well.

He may be like the man you've always been looking for, but she found him first. Did it ever cross your mind that he's just being nice to his wife's friend?? The fact that you said he has a lot of $$$$ makes you seem extremely immature and shallow. Just tell your "best friend" you think you're inlove with her husband...that way...you won't have to see them everyday...if ever again!

I disagree with Tbulldog, but only about one thing. She said if she was truly your best friend you wouldn't even think of having feelings like that.
First of all, you can't control feelings that develop. You can only control not letting something happen between the two of you. The best thing to do in this situation is find another man you like or are attracted to and date him. The attention you receive from him will help you out with this situation.

If you think there's even a chance of anything happening, you should cut off all contact with your best friend and her husband. You wouldn't want to do anything to hurt your best friend would you? Getting involved will only cause heartache. He's taken. You should do the right thing and move on.
