Jehovah's Witnesses DO NOT believe Jesus is Jehovah; the Bible clearly states that Jesus is the Son of Jehovah.
First, in the KJV of the Bible if you will note in Exodus 6:3, we read: "And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them."
Then again in Psalm 83:18 we read: "That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth."
Now notice, in reference to Jesus, what Luke 1:32 has to say: "He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David."
So we read that Jehovah is the highest one and Jesus is the SON OF the highest one.

Actually any religion that believes in the trinity basically believe Jesus is Jehovah.
Contrary to what some have said, John 1:1 does not teach Jesus is equal to God.
The NAB in it's footnote states that God(2) is a quality and not an identification.
What this means is that the Word is divine or godlike.
Proper english requires 'the Word was a god.'
Ask your English Teacher if 'Snoopy was dog' is a proper sentence.
The Word was with the God, is how the Greek reads.
With someone or something denotes two separate and distinct persons / objects.
If we read 'Fred is with Sam' no one would conclude Fred and Sam are the same person.
Only Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jehovah and Jesus are separate and distinct.

We do not believe that Jehovah is Jesus Christ. We believe Jehovah is God's name and Jesus Christ is his son.
MOST other religions believe that Jesus and his Father are the same person - not JWs.

Jehovah is one of Gods many names. Since the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are three in one(the Trinity) then Jehovah is Jesus.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons) believes that Jesus was Jehovah of the Old Testament. Jesus declared such himself. See John 8:58 "...Before Abraham was, I am."

Christianity. Jehovah is just one of many names for God. But not all Christians consider Jesus to be God by a long shot.

In John 10:30 Jesus said," I and the Father are one."
John 1:1--In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14-- The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.
This is what the bible says.
