I'm going to vote for the pizza. All three items aren't the best eating choice, but the reality is that people eat this stuff and enjoy it. If it's part of an otherwise healthy diet, I say go for it.

The pizza will have complex carbs (crust), vitamin C (sauce), and protein (sausage and cheese). The only downside is very little fiber, no fresh veggies, and too much fat. Have 2 slices of pizza with a salad, and that's a reasonably healthy meal. Have three or four slices and no salad, too much fat.

The Pepsi is all sugar and no nutrition whatsoever. Besides the fact that it's yummy, there is no reason to drink it.

The Snickers bar has protein from the peanuts, a lot of sugar, and a lot of fat. Have one once in a while. It's a great energy boost, but certainly not a healthy food.

Pizza dough= Bread and cereal group
Sausage= Meat group
Cheese= Dairy group
Pizza sauce= Fruit and vegetable group
