Not sure what your getting at, other than that we have forgiveness?
We are to strive to be Christlike, trust me, theres tons of morals there.

Are morals moral because God says so, or is God constrained by morals?
If they are morals because God says so, then is there any reason to call God 'good'? I don't see any, since she gets to make the rules (and thus they don't apply to her).
If morals are independent of God, then where do theists get off claiming that God is necessary for morality?

No everything is absolute, not relative. We have a solid moral code to live by as opposed to a flexible one that someone without said absolute standard.

I'd think you mean the question the other way, i.e. if you *don't* believe in God.
There are many different moral systems, and some are better than others.

I don't understand the question. If you believe in God and the bible - you learn how to live and treat others.
If you don't believe in the bible - guess you are on your own...

If there is an absolute value (ie God), then no, everything is not relative.
Situational ethics is specifically anti-God IMO. So I'd say you sort of have it backwards...
