Mustang GT owners?

Question

I have a 2004 Mustang GT 40th Aniv.
Whats the fastest you have ever had your GT? (i hope those who answer do this on the track and not the street)
Ive had mine at 135ish. I can probably go a little faster but the track i run at isent very large.

I have a 2007 GT 500. It's white with 2 navy blue stripes. I collect cars and I know lots about them. I have had 208 cars since I was 17. I have gotten up to about 145ish but like you, I don't have much of a track to ride on. Good Luck on finding a better track.

Not current owner, but have owned several. Fastest speed in a GT was 173mph. Not on track-was on interstate with absolutely no traffic-with the exception of a two toned car that was hidden at the start of an entrance ramp-this car I was not able to see but I seen his friends shortly-they were parked up the road and they had multicolored lights as well. I came to stop and a several minutes later that car that I did not see-I could clearly see-Could even read the letters on the car....It said State Police, and so did his friends cars. I had a 92 GT at the time with a 351 with several thousands invested. It took me a couple of years to get that car where I wanted it ans still wasn't done, but in just that one night of driving fast-probally spent about the same in all the fines I had acquired. Build them and enjoy them. Friends don't let friends drive stock.

i gotta 2007 stock mustang GT and the fastest ive had it was 132ish and had 1/4 Pedal left to push but radar started goin off so had to pull off.

had a red 1998 mustang not gt sry but had racing chip and took it up to 118 during lovebug season turned the bumper black.

I only had mine up 120 with plenty of pedal left. I believe that they are electronically governed at 142 mph. You could adjust this with a programmer. good luck.
