It all really depends on what is happening in your life. Personally, I have a very BIG sexual appetitte, it was not always this way, for a while I went through kind of a slump. Stress due to my marriage, etc. But then I met a sexxxxy man who turns me on and we get it on all the time, more than once a day if possible. Sometimes we don't have sex at all during the week, so really it just depends. If you do not have a sexual desire at all, see your doctor, there is a lot they can do for you and many people have this problem. Good luck!

If you are married you are lucky to even get it once a month!
However, I would say 3 or 4 times a week would be healthy.

That depends a 23 married mom is going to have less of a sex drive than a 23 year old single woman.

At least 3-4 times a week....but then there are days where stress and kids can get in the way and you go days without it.

BEING OVER 25 I WOULD SAID AROUND 2-3 TIMES A WEEK.THEN IF YOU COUNT SNUGGLING, KISSING AND A LITTLE FORE-PLAY THE TIMES COULD REALLY ADD UP.I QUESS IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE PEOPLE IN THE RELATIONSHIP.MY SEXUAL DESIRE IS FAR MORE GREATER THAN MY HUSBAND BUT I GUESS BECAUSE I'M A LITTLE YOUNGER THAN HE IS.ALSO SEXUAL DESIRE VARYS DIFFERENT FROM PERSON TO PERSON
