I always bring snacks in my purse. Carrot sticks, apple wedges are good. Gummy bears might be a low fat food but they are high in sugar. Just bring your own healthy snack!

Gummi bears are not healthy - though they may be low in calories per bear. Plain popcorn is the healthiest snack. You can buy your own microwave corn (try the Homestyle or low-sodium versions) and bring it in a backpack. Movie theater corn is loaded with sodium - which is not good for dieting. You could bring other snacks that are healthy as well, if you must eat while at the movies. Drink ice water or diet soda.

Gummy bears have no fat, but a lot of calories. The main thing is portion control. Even on a diet, you should allow yourself a treat now and then, so I say go for it! By the way, I love gummy bears.

Gummy bears have a lot of sugar in them, so they're not a good idea. The two best snacks at the movie theatre are Rasinettes and Junior Mints, but split them with someone else to cut down on volume. If you want to be really good, sneak celery in your purse.

Good Luck!

Well, Gummy Bears are fat-free, and relatively low in calories, but they're still not exactly great for you. If I were you, I'd do some unbuttered, low-salt popcorn, and some Raisinets, which are covered in chocolate, but are still a healthy fruit. And a diet soda or water, better yet.

Gummie bears aren't good for you because they are LOADED with sugar, that's basically all they are is sugar. I would suggest either going with sugar free candy if they offer it, but the best choice would be popcorn with no butter (or just slightly buttered). Unbuttered popcorn is actually a good snack for you when you're on a diet.

Gummie Bears are certainly not healthy. They are pretty much just pure sugar after all. Get yourself a big bucket of unbuttered, unsalted popcorn. Completely healthy! It's the same as if you sat down and at a piece of unbuttered corn on the cob.

the best thing to do is...well if ur a girl bring a large purse and put in a granola bar, some cereal, grapes, an apple, and a water bottle....if your a guy u can wear large pocket jeans and stuff in one of those snacks too! gummy bears aren't healthy because they have alot of sugar and dont bother wasting so much money on such a little thing..some things have to be done with agility and sneakiness!!! SNEAK STUFF IN

If you can get them not to add oil (which they call butter) to the popcorn, that would be the healthiest snack at the movies.

I don't know if that's true but I would imagine popcorn without the extra butter would be okay for you to have.
