TRY DIFFERENT VARIETIES UNTIL YOU FIND THE ONE YOU LIKE BEST. THEY ALL HAVE SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENTS. THE DIFFERENT VARIETIES DO HAVE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF ALCOHOL WITH THE ORIGINAL GOLD HAVING THE MOST.

I say Flossing. Why? Flossing: 1. If you're only brushing, and not flossing, you're only cleaning 60 percent of your teeth. 2. Flossing disturbs bacteria and stops it before it can create plaque and cause gum and bone disease. 3. Floss once a day for a healthier set of teeth and gums 4. Flossing helps to remove plaque from in between your teeth. 5. If you brush and don't floss it is like not cleaning seven of your teeth! 6.Flossing cleans the areas your toothbrush can not reach-the tooth surfaces between your teeth. Mouthwash: 1. One ingredient that you will find in many brands of mouthwash is alcohol. 2. This is the ingredient that is used to kill bacteria and it is bacteria which causes most bad breath problems. 3. When certain bacteria release certain by-products,usually in the form of sulfur compounds we end up with an episode of bad breath. 4. The bacteria that causes bad breath, also known as halitosis, will thrive best when it is in an environment that has less oxygen. 5. Saliva is rich in oxygen and therefore the bacteria are held in check to some degree. By using mouthwash that contains alcohol we set ourselves up for dehydration which leads to less oxygen which leads to more odor-producing bacteria being produced. In other words, the more alcohol you put into your mouth, even in the form of mouthwash, the more likely you are to increase your odds of having bad breath. Hope this helps. Been at the dentist for a month straight (quite tired of going, but I don't want bad teeth, breath or poor health. Yes, you will kill germs on contact, but once the mouthwash is gone, the bacteria will return, and in many cases, return stronger than before.

The flavor you like the best. It's a personal choice. I'm a fan of orange flavorings myself.
