Best just to get in the gym and experiment with the weight. Don't go too heavy first! The bar weighs 20kg so just try a 5kg plate on each side for now, most men should be able to handle 30kg that with ease. If that's too light try a 10kg plate on each side. You are very light for your height, I'm only 5'6" and I'm about 10 stone, I bench around 80kg. Stay safe with the bench press, get a spotter if possible!
