Listerine. Listerine has been proven to have the effects of flossing. Not that they should replace flossing but have been shown to have the same effects. Listerine may burn but just like the commericals say the burn means it's working. 30 seconds of buring is worth a life time of good teeth, ask all of our patients at 20 years old that get FME's (full mouth extractions).

Listerine. It kills the bacteria in your mouth. Scope doesn't quite do the job. I get the vanilla mint which is much less strong to "swish" with.
Hope this helps.

HELLO,
WHILE MANY MAY GIVE YOU GOOD BREATH, THE ONLY ONE WITH A LONG RECORD OF WORKING VERY EFFECTIVELY IS LISTERINE.
WHY?
BECAUSE OF THE INGREDIENTS WHICH ARE A UNIQUE COMBINATION FOR BACTERIAL CONTROL.
