Honestly there's no real preferred shake or reason to have a special shake for women. The only difference is that women require less protein and calories per day then men. EAS makes a shake called Myoplex Light that is marketed towards woman, though if you buy a tub/bag of some other brand like ON (Optinum Nutrition) you can just measure what you need.
I actually eat some snack bars that are "fortified for women" (Snickers Marathon Energy Bar), these have more fiber, calcium and vitamin D then the regular version. Few people get enough fiber in their diet, so I like to have 1 per day and most women as you've heard don't drink enough milk. So, you may want to mix your shake with skim milk to increase your calcium intake. As a male I try to stay away from milk outside of my breakfast cereal because all of these protein products have calcium in them and too much is not good.
