my sisters having this shes on her third week shes got terrible wind,amongst everything else could this be through the treatment?

If the field of radiation includes the abdomen - more especially the colon - then there may be a causal relationship. If this is not the area being irradiated I would suggest that the increase in flatulence may be due to stress, change in rest/sleep habits, change in diet, and change in activities.

I don't think your sisters wind is due to the radiatherapy, it may just the things she is eating. Some people get diarrhea from the treatment but it usually is if the treatment is on the stomach or the colon. If she is on a different diet then she use to be that could be to blame.
