Maybe they'd even add in some free tax credits!

LOL.....ya....that and a load of other laws people don't like and don't feel is fair. I was always under the impression you changed the laws FIRST not wait till it's out of control and then throw your hands in the air and say forget it. I mean how many years have people been locked up for drugs, or stealing (just to have a better life) or a host of other things? Gee....lets see....it's an everyday listing in the paper....so threat of jail isn't a deterrent....so lets just forget it all. Majority rules!! LOL

Great idea, if everyone boycotts paying taxes then the government will run out of money and won't be able to pay the IRS workers to go after you for the tax money.
I do fear those few IRS workers that love putting the screws to people so much that they'd probably work just for the pleasure of doing it.

Well, don't you see it? The Senators who kiss the lawbreakers' butts are precisely those who want to tell Americans that breaking laws do have rewards. After all, they are trying to secure the precendence of 'amnesty' as an honored gesture to help themselves when they happen to get caught for breaking laws, too! Those Senators voted to save their own face and dishonor for the future! They would salute to amnesty for lawbreaking in case they themselves get caught for breaking laws! It's not about the good for America, but for their own selfish crap! :-)

It'd be moot. Without tax money to support the infrastructure, no one would be alive in 10 years to arrest.
No one likes paying it, but income tax is essential to the our way of life, and is much more fair (i.e. progressive as opposed to regressive) than most other forms of taxation.
And I doubt the IRS would grant amnesty on that scale. They're bloodsuckers. ;)

I knew this person, she did not pay taxes for many years, so IRS took her payment check all, so she made an agreement with them, and did income tax report for all those years one year at that time, after she finish they did reimburse her some money. You can do it if you wish.

That's a great idea. I am looking for a better lifestyle, not paying taxes for 10 years would allow me to enjoy the things in life that more privleged Americans enjoy. It would be wrong to punish me for simply trying to make my life better.

No. I would expect them to throw us in jail. If enough of us refuse to pay income tax, they will just ask for more jails to throw us in. Politicians will gladly approve if at least one of the jails is in their district.
What about state income tax? Would they start asking illegals to pay up or go to jail?

You're obviously asking about your situation, but gave no details, other than it's big, too big for the laws on the books.
Don't even know what that means...
I think...no, I know, you don't have a chance.
