I read in Matthew 12:36, 37 "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned."

Then we read in Luke 6:45, "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh."

Hey Latterrain! The Word of God says If you confess your sins He is faithful and just to forgive your sins, and cast them into the sea of forgetfulness. So, in verse 37of Matt.12, It says--For by your WORDS you shall be JUSTIFIED and by your WORDS you shall be condemned. And in Luke6:45--A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good, (confession ,by way of the Holy Spirit ,who lives in the one Born of God, by grace through faith, it is the gift of God least any should boast) though he fall 7 times the Lord will pick him up again, by the force of the light, and love, of God shed abroad in the one who is sealed by the Holy Spirit. This one will always end up not only confessing their sin by the promptings of the Spirit of the Yeshua (Jesus), but is continuously turning to the Messiah in trust to deliver, and are always being transformed into His likeness day by day. Even when we are faithless He remains faithful for He can do no other, and how is He faithful? He has promised to COMPLETE the righteous work which HE HIMSELF HAS BEGUN in his children, and carry us through till the end, and the day of Yeshua (Jesus, return). You see He alone has the power to disciple, that is, discipline and chasten, to teach and train the children of His love, by the things we suffer. We are finding the easy path is to submit to His loving kindness and wisdom, rather than the hard way of the transgressor saving allot of ware and tear on us mentally, emotionally, and physically, cutting repenting time way down. And that to acknowledge Him in every issue of life keeps us constantly in His presence. So we find ourselves walking circumspectly, taking all of life's issues under the advisement of Him who loves us most. The more we begin to live out our life in, and through, the knowledge of His redemptive bloods continuing renewal process, that has paid the price for our sins, once and for all. The more we are filled with the revelation of His love toward and for us, bringing the transforming power alive and working in us, through His finished own workings, 1st on the cross, and now in us who believe in ,rely on, and trust in His Word, and not in our own righteousness to set us free and keep us free. This makes life in Him a delight even when we fail him, because we are confident in His never ending love acceptance of us, through His own actions and Word of promise to us who believe Him. He alone has done it, to think otherwise is to deny the entire work He has accomplished on the cross of Calvary. We will be rewarded for the Godly disciplines we conform too, and walk out, on that day. And also, not be rewarded for the ones we do not overcome. But never will we be cast away for our flawed behavior. It is the Revelation of He who IS LOVE and loved us when we were yet sinners, by offering himself as the perfect lamb to be slain for our sins, that propels us into grateful, joy, future expectation, and desire for more of Him, that IS the POWER of the gospel message, the(good news) of our rescue and salvation by His gift of Life for us, and now in us, though we do not deserve it at all. So freely He gave Himself up for us. Also His Word says, good and bad water SHOULD not come out of the same well, He did not say it would not, or could not! He said ,"IF WE SIN WE HAVE AN ADVOCATE WITH THE FATHER, YESHUA (JESUS) THE RIGHTEOUS." All our RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTIFICATION is found IN HIM alone, by grace through faith in HIM , for He IS THE WORD, and HIS WORD IS WHO HE IS. And we are seated with Christ, in heavenly places IN Christ Jesus our Lord(Eph.2:6) Also in Col.1:13--For He HAS (past tense) rescued us from the dominion of darkness, and brought us into the kingdom of His Son whom He loves, in whom WE HAVE REDEMPTION, THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS. How amazing is that!!! He made a way where there seemed to be NO WAY!!! Even in the Old Covenant we see His Loving kindness to the ones who look to Him, read Psalm 103,( all of it), here's just a tiny portion--Verses.8-14 say,,The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will He harbor anger forever; HE DOES NOT TREAT US AS OUR SINS DESERVE OR REPAY US ACCORDING TO OUR INIQUITIES. For as high as the heavens are above the earth so great is His love for those who fear Him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a Father has compassion on His children, so The Lord has compassion on those who fear Him; for He knows how we are formed, He remembers that we are but dust. ...So my friend, I could write, and write, of the mercies of the Lord which are new every morning, and how He says by His own mouth---I have loved them with an everlasting love, (meaning those He foreknew to be conformed , and transformed, into His Image by the renewing power of The Holy Spirit. So my friend, I leave you, as I sing with the psalmist in Psalm 130;1-8 ...Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord; Let your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy. If you, O Lord, kept a record of sins, O Lord, who could stand? But with you there is forgiveness; therefore you are feared. I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in His Word I put my hope. My soul waits for the Lord more than the watchmen wait for the morning, more than the watchmen wait for the morning. O Israel, put your hope in the Lord, for with the Lord is unfailing love and with Him is FULL redemption. He Himself will redeem Israel from ALL their sins.........................................................................

No, it doesn't scare me. If anything it motivates me to live a life that's glorifying to Him. Have you ever read the story called, "The Room?" If you haven't, the link is below. This guy wrote this story about what he believes Heaven is like. It's very powerful and speaks on the subject you are discussing.

It doesn't scare me. I don't believe in God...so there's no reason to fear him.

If he is up there, though, I'd be more creeped out that God has the time to be a world-wide peeping Tom that wants to know everything about everyone.

If he really cares that much about what I think, and he judges me poorly and sends me to hell, I'll just swear at him like mad because, again, I'll be down there equal to Hitler in God's eyes.

It doesn't makes sense that if your God forgives you for your transgressions, that he would then hold you accountable for them. It also sounds as though your actions are what will save you, but every christian I know says that it's your belief in Jesus Christ only that will save you.
With that said, my answer to your question is No.

Not at all, actions by non existent entities don't bother me, same with Santa's list, or weighing my heart against a feather on the scales of truth.

Don't be silly! God doesn't 'record' every thought we think and every word we speak!

He's omnipotent! He knows what we say, think, and do before we do it!

And no, it doesn't scare me.
