We agreed together as we have some unresolved issues but when we met for last time it was more like a date, holding each other's hands and staying for 2 hours together. We both said we couldn't believe this is the end and although we've been dating for a month we stuck 2 much.We tried to break up last week also but when we met we couldn't.This time i know it's final and at the end he hold me in his arms and we kissed.I left without looking back but i was trying to control my tears in the street.I told him to keep it friendly but he said he can't see me this way.Wedidn't want to break up but it was necessary bc of some certain problems we can't solve.I want to call him or send him a sms after sometime but how he will react?Thereis no future between us but he was the best for me.How i will get it over,i can't sleep or eat and i can't realise that i'll never see him again.

You need to realize that he cant be your friend if you feel this way towards him you have to move it on dont keep him there to affect you. Because everyone takes different time to heal. Where as you might take a whole month he might be over you in 2 weeks or vice versa then would you want to see him with another girl? Or would you want him to have to go through seeing you with another man? If you really ever cared for him then you need to let him move on with hes life and hope he does the same for you.

Far be it from me to judge a relationship that existed for one month however, you have to be realistic and reasonable about these things. Love is a strange bird that will fly at will. If you both have agreed that your issues will not stand the test of a relationship, then you have to stand tall and deal with it with a sound mind. It is natural to cry and feel lonely, miss him and want to be with him, but you are stronger than you think. You must involve yourself with other friends and associates. Get out and do things for yourself. Meet new people. In time, you will be able to look back and say hello to him and the hurt will not be so strong. My advice: pick up the pieces of your heart and string them back together with the same love you have had all along. Take yourself to dinner and a movie and start living life again. I feel for you, and I have been there, and I know it will not last - this pain , too, shall pass.

You have feelings for each other but those feelings don't seem to be deep enough to overcome the problems the two of you have. It will be difficult to be just 'friends' because of the history and not a good idea in my opinion.

The pain and hurt is only temporary. You will pick up the pieces and move on and so will he. This relationship is a learning experience for you both so that you know what to do and what not to do in the next one.
