I have problems with my knees, as they dislocate quite easily.
I've been in physiotherapy for a year now.
But because I'm less active, my fitness level is low and I've gained weight.
How can I try and get fit and healthy without running or walking etc?
Thanks

Why not try Richard Simmons - Sit Tight: A 'Sittin' Down' Workout. You can probably find the video/dvd on ebay for a very good price. It was designed for those that are wheelchair bound or unable to use their legs. Good luck!

Well, I'm no AmBull informed, however the one leg disorders that I'm mindful of thats powerful of their genetics is Hip Dysplasia. The bones of the entrance legs are thick, heavy and 'squared' with their shoulders to aid their shoulders and head- so the burden distribution is lovely even. The leg disorders your puppy is experiencing could also be from a genetic illness or fluke that wasn't confirmed for or did not exhibit up within the HIP checks. Is there a reputation for this trouble?
