Like if i add almonds or flaxseeds or what kind of item can i add to my breakfast for more protien?

I would add some form of animal proteins. plant proteins are very inferior in terms of there ability to be digested and utilized and for most the bioavailability of them is 55% or less. which means that if a serving of peanuts has 5 grams of protein after digestion only 2.5 available for actual use. animal proteins range from about 70-100%.

2-3 egg whites and 1 whole egg would be a great addition to the oats

Try adding a tablespoon or two of peanut butter to your hot oatmeal. Yum! Almond butter is good too. Ground flaxseeds are good additions to cold cereal and salads also.

You'd be better off adding peanuts to your oatmeal / cereal, they have more protein. But if you're looking to add protein for increasing muscle mass, add some bacon or sausage to your breakfast, you'll be better off.
