No. It's fried and fried food (even if it's fish) is bad for you. There are vitamins that have fish oil and the OMega 3's in them.

Honestly i don't trust ANY food on mcdonalds menu, just do something more simple such as purchase pre - made fish or fish sticks and cut them up into you're own salad. Almost every home cooked meal is better nutrionally then eating mcdonalds

No, not really. This is actually one of McDonald's worst menu items. Its fried fish and anything friend is not good for you. If you really don't like fish you could try those fish oil pills instead.

Its not the best way......and if youre going for an easy meal, I can offer a good one to you.

Most grocery stores sell bags of frozen salmon, individually wrapped. You can use this and thaw it under warm water or just buy fresh.

Marinate for about 10 minutes in soy sauce, brown sugar, and pineapple juice. (Or a premade teryaki sauce)

Coat with sesame seeds and bake @ 375 for 8 min. on each side. Serve with fried rice or lo mein from your favorite chinese restaurant, or on top of a bagged salad. Either way, youre getting those omega-3 fatty acids WITHOUT the cholersterol or trans fats from McDonalds. (not to mention the tartar sauce and cheese they put on those babies! YIKES!)
