I only need to loose 10 pounds and i'm 14 years old, but I want to go on the healthy diet so what are some things you guys do to loose weight and what type of food would you eat? Please do not mention anything about pills

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Drop soda. yes even diet. I don't care what celebrity is promoting it. It's all garbage and nothing but an artificial and gooey mess.

Do crunches every morning until your tummy burns. You'll eat less and your posture will improve tremendously.

Eat fresh produce with every meal. Fruits and Veggies are key to losing weight healthily.

Create a cutout time at night and no late night snacking; if you eat b/f you go to bed you'll wake up fat.

Cut or minimize all things white in your diet. Bread, rice, pasta, french fries. Treat them like poison, because they have little to no nutritional value.

Do things gradually and don't be hard on yourself. No one should be or can be skinny overnight. Having the body that you like takes time to accept.

The best body image is when a woman doesn't use other's as a measuring stick.
