I will do what I can to educate them, and then be done with them should they continue to persist. As SJ said, if you don't set limits, they will walk all over you.

Well, Christ is the only way into heaven bc following Him is the only way to remove sins. Unless you remove your sins, you can't get into heaven. So Christ is the only way into heaven. If they insist that you need some other thing or you have to believe some other nuance of Christianity, then that probably isn't right. You'd really need to give more information for me to give a more specific answer.

Depends on the circumstances. You work for someone who signs your paycheck. It is their way or the highway. Do you need the check?

A traffic cop directs you to go right. Do you turn left and speed up? Or run him over?

God spends 1500 years authoring the Bible and 2,000 years keeping it safe and together all to tell us how He wants to be worshipped. Do we decide how we will do it, if at all?

With over 100,000 religions world wide, humans have. But, should we expect God to approve? He did spend all that time to inform us of His approved method. There is also the matter of He being the only one who can give us life to consider. Why should He do for us when we will not do for Him?

Ask them why, and judge for yourself based on the Word of God. If their evidence is based on the writings of their own religion (such as the Mormons with their Book of Mormon) or a customized translation of the Bible (such as the Jehovah Witnesses), then you can be suspect.
However, if what they are saying is based on the Bible and the teaching is clear, and not confusing. Then be a Berean in Acts 17:11. Listen carefully, tell them "thank you" then go and prove whether or not what they say is true or not.
Basically, the gospel is simple. Jesus said that HE was the only way to the Father. If someone thinks they have a lock on salvation--they are lying. It's a free gift that is not anchored to any particular religion. Not by works, not by attendance here or there. It is totally in belief and faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior.

(notice I did not once mention my non-denom church affiliation--this is totally between you and the God of the Bible)

You respect them. We all have the right to believe in what we want to believe and everyone's beliefs stems from experience. My parents believe that their way is the only way and I believe in something totally different from them. I respect their beliefs, and they respect mine, because my experiences changed my views.

Make them watch nothing but something of another idea/philosophy/faith.

But really, you can't argue with them because they take on the holier than thou attitude and that they are always right. You can't argue against that kind of idiot.

Respect their beliefs. Unless they are trying to push them on you. Then politely tell them to back off. We are suppose to spread the word of God, but we aren't suppose to be pushy about it and turn into freaks.

You don't. You only plant the "Seed or God's Truth" and let God water to for you. He will use others or other situtations to bring them around.

Ignore them, it's not worth the trouble. You wouldn't hold a conversation with a rock, would you?
