continue seeking therapy but also remember you need confidence. Every time that thought comes into your mind just remember all the good things you have done at your job. Also communication in a workplace just like in any relationship is very important.. Talk to your boss, tell her how you feel and that you want to do everything you can to stay at that job because you really enjoy what you do .. she might be more understanding that you think , and plus you might even be able to work something out on the days that you feel to depressed to finish the day.

All depends on where you work. Some states are called "Right to Fire States" Meaning that when you started working there you signed a consent saying that you could be fired at any time for any reason. May not be the right thing to do, but it may not be illegal. Investigate the laws in your state to find out.

First talk to your therapist about this. You have a medical condition and see if theres a way you could use this at work to defend your leaving early and whatever( Before it's to late) In the mean time try to be on time, not be absent and finish your work. So they have no legal grounds to fire you. It doesn't sound right for them to fire you from what your saying hear.

Do you get evaluations at your job? That would usually alert you to any concerns that you should have. If not, just simply ask your boss how you are doing and if he/she is happy with your performance. Ask if there are any concerns that you should be aware of and anything that they are pleased with. This way you are not exactly pinpointing your worry areas, just covering it all. This should give you some idea of how they feel about you and open a door to a productive conversation.

They can't fire you for having these disorders unless they affect your work negatively. They can also fire you if you miss too much work, but one afternoon every three weeks isn't enough for them to fire you. Talk to your doctor about this if you worry too much maybe they can adjust your meds or something, but in general I think you'll be fine.
