you too me as well. I found that you just need to make sure that you know what you are talking about to the point where you can explain it without the use of prompts you should know the topic inside and out. Also make sure that you practice, practice and pratice as much as possible. when doing the presentation try and focus on something not the individulas themselves my be the wall directly behind them. Need to find something that clasm and relaxs you before you do the presentation

Well i had the same problem, then i started doing practice before a mirror what exactly i wanted to say, ill repeat it more than 20 times till i know inside out of the speech. Also its v important that u know abt the topic so if u forget what to say u can always tell from what u know abt the topic. I had to suffer lot of humiliation because of this but with each attempt i improved. Recently i got the Best speaker award also. U can also read Dale Carnegie book on public speaking and do join a Toastmaster club, they will really help u. Try to speak at every attempt initially it wil b humuliating but u will improve. Regards.

Practice 3x a day in front of the mirror, then practice in front of your family. Also don't look at a persons eye it will only make you nervous, look at the people as a group.

whatever you do, don't look directly at anyone! also, try not to think so much about what your audince is thinking about you and the project. if the presentation is a little boring, then accept it. who cares if a few people fall asleep ! lol. at least you presented! practice !
good luck

dont look into anyone eyes . Just look around and glimpse. Try not to look at the paper, and be confident . Sometimes repeat things and elborate on them. If u tell a lie repeat it and elborate.
Tell a lie, tell a small one or a big one than repeat it over and over. they will believe it.
