I would only tell someone I was 100% sure wouldn't spill the beans. More importantly, this is a crappy situation that no matter what happens, will end badly. If you are in this situation, and it goes on, there is not too big a chance he will leave his wife for you. The worst part is that unless you make a conscious decision to stop it, the way it will stop is that his wife will find out one way or the other. It's a small world, and everyone knows everyone, so beware! If she finds out, he'll lose you both and resent you for it. Get yourself out of this situation NOW! I know it's hard, because it's exciting and fun and different, but don't set yourself up to get hurt. Everyone will tell you that "you deserve better", and you won't know what it really means until after it's done, so just take my word for it, and end it now.

Depends on who I'm telling. I mean if it's someone I'm close to and trust, yeah. But I'm not just going to walk around asking random people "Did you know I slept with a married man?"
