Okay, I have a superficial and a non-superficial answer:
Superficial: Have him diet, grow his hair, wash his face twice a day, take him shopping for flattering clothes and sunglasses.
Non-superficial: Are you happy with him? If you two were all alone with nobody watching would you feel confident and comfortable? If you are second guessing you need to stop. If you are as beautiful as you said you were, you have an entire group that is at your standard to choose from.
However, why did you choose him in the first place? If you choose to stay with him but are afraid to be seen with him, I think that might be unfair to him. However, going to places where people you know don't hang out might be a smart idea. Think about your feelings and don't worry about being self centered in this situation.
Does he make you happy?
Do what feels right.

Why does it matter? If you like him and he is a good person then why do you care? A person is only as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside, and your question was concieted. Haven't you ever seen Shallow Hal? If you are so beautiful then why don't you have a picture of yoursel? Also a word of advice ppl are always going to talk so your decisions should be based on your own happiness not what complete strangers think. So grow up and stop putting guys pictures of guys on the internet and saying that you don't think that they are attractive enough for you. That is hateful and very immature.

No offense, but you seem a little vain. If you insist on calling your self beautiful, at least give us a picture so we can compare. There's a LOT more I want to say, but I'm pretty sure they would throw me off of here if I said it. Anyway, I don't know why I'm still answering your question but...looks matter waaay too much with you. The question isn't whether he's cute enough to be seen with you, it's whether you're down to earth enough to go out with him even if people say he's not cute. I personally think you should get your head out of the clouds before he dumps you... which he definitely should!

I think he is a nice, clean cut young man. The haircut has got to go! You seem to be convinced that you are very beautiful, and that might be the case. Remember however, that beauty is only skin deep, and there are other attributes which a person may have which you do not have.

You may not be attractive enough to be seen with him. When you get older you will look back on this question as being stupid. There are a lot of things that make a person attractive and how they look is the least of what matters.

I think your a stuck up snob that should get the hell over herself. And he's to good to be seen with you. Grow up, there's always someone who's better than you and who deserves more than you. Be happy with what you have before you don't have it anymore.

I'm guessing by the background and all that he is in the military. Meaning that he has chosen to conform to a set of rules and standards to look the same as everyone else.
If you are worried about him not being good looking enough you have bigger problems in your life.

I think he is handsome. Probally to handsome for someone who is so self-centered and full of herself that she won't want to be seen in public with someone who might be less than model perfect. He is a human being! Not a piece of meat that needs to be perfect before going into the butcher case.

He's not even ugly at all. He's handsome to me...however I have seen pics of you and you are not pretty at all. Get a life, loser. Those pics you took in the bathroom screamed trashy!
