could i be sick, i find myself digging and itching my nose a lot lately?

Could be allergies..take an OTC allergy medicine and see if that helps.

Try using saline solution in your nose twice a day. It should help. Its available at Walgreens or Rite Aid.

it could be your nose is very dry
