Yes you will be able to train a 6 month old yorkie
Yorkies enjoy hide and seek, fetch, games and other activities like agility, tracking, obedience, conformation, and earthdog competitions. Some even dance in what we call Canine Freestyle!
Spend lots of time with your new pup from an early age so he is comfortable with you. Roll him over, touch his feet, look at his teeth, and brush him gently. This will help him get used to being handled and he will be a better companion when he is older.
Like any small dog, the people in a Yorkie's life must treat him carefully and gently. Rough play with a puppy or even a full grown dog can be harmful.
Your Yorkie may be a little difficult to housebreak. But if you are kind, patient, and persistent, your dog will learn.

You can train a dog at any age it is better to train an older dog than to allow it to be disobedient. Just have patience and keep working with the dog until she gets it. There are many books out there on how to train dogs. Also if your efforts don't do the job then I would consider getting a trainer for your dog.

Yes you can. You have to be EXTREMELY consistant though. My frien'ds yorkie is about a year old, and went through dog training, they are a bit more resistant than younger dogs, but it can be done!. Just don't slack at all, its mostly you need to train yourself, to train them if that makes any sense. You can not let them jump up at home when you tell them to sit, just cus you don't feel like pushing down their booty and making them do it...because the more you do that, the more often they will act out.

Yes you can. My dog is 2 and we are still kind of training it..just to behave well and everything he knows the basics but dogs can be trained at any age. Since it is a little older it might be a little bit easier because it will be more used to walking around and using its senses. I hope I helped you and good luck!

Of course you can still train a 6 month old dog. With consistant behavior on your part in teaching, the dog will respond by learning. Dogs are eager to please and can learn at any age.

yes of course you can
house train by CRATE TRAINING
and socialize by group Obedience lessons - these are VERY important for small dogs and sadly are the one thing most small dog owners neglect to do - creating a lot of nasty spoilt little dogs....
NEVER buy from a PET STORE
if this dog isnt vaccinated dewormed or comes with a health guaranttee - dont pay a cent for it.

Of course you can, any dog under the age of one is very easy to train. but once they get over one year old they might be a little more tuff.
