I'm not married, so I don't have a mother-in-law. But thanks for the two points, I really do appreciate it.

Well let's first examine the definition of hate. Hate: vt...(1) To feel great hostility or animosity toward; (2) To feel dislike or distaste for< hates driving in traffic>///// vi... (1) Intense dislike or animosity (Hatred); and (2) An object of detestation or hatred.

After examining the various definitions of the word hate I have concluded that it is not a strong enough word to describe the feelings I have towards my mother-in-law....I would rather use the words "dispise," or "loathe" to express those feelings. Let me paint you a better picture.

Although I appreciate the fact that my mother-in-law has watched my son when myself or my wife were unable to take off from work in the past to watch him when he was sick. That being said....My mother-in-law is the text book definition of a "BITC*." She is the most pompous, opinionated, bigotted, hypocritical piece of "SHI*" to ever walk on the face of this earth. Nothing is right unless it came from her mouth, goes along with her opinions, follows her religious beliefs, or is the complete opposite of whatever I think, my religious beliefs, or my wants as a father in terms of how I want my sons to be brought up, etc..... She has even gone as far as to criticize the length of hair on my son's head when we came back from the "barbers" (it was a place where children get their haircut...women cut the hair) to my wife in front of me and then covered her mouth with her hand so I couldn't hear what she was saying, which I did anyway "You should take him to get his haricut instead of him because he gets it cut way too short."

Now for all the men out there and maybe some of the women..can you blame me for feeling this way? From my point of view...where does this woman come off criticizing me to my wife in front of me about my son's hair cut. I almost lost it when she did that if it wasn't for my wife giving me the "Oh, please don't start anything," look that she has had to give me on numerous different occasions when this "CUN&," of a women has opened her mouth about this and that regarding my son.

That is just one incident out of too many to list as to why I have those certain feelings for my mother-in-law. And the kicker is...She knows how I feel too and knows that whatever she thinks or how she believes my sons should be raised is not going to happen...So she just runs her mouth and tries to annoy me as much as possible....Now who wouldn't loathe someone like that, answer me that!!!

Jenny, I got no mother in law. If you got than do not hate her. Win her heart and share her pleasures.

She gave birth to the man I love- I could never hate her!
Actually, I'm trying to find her again- since my husband isn't close to her- he acts just like her, so obviously there must be good in her.

Not at all. We don't always agree on things, but I love her. Everyone has arguments once in awhile.
