He recently broke up with his long time girlfriend. I could see no obvious reason, he just said she was annoying him and there were things about her he doesn't like. He said he wished she was more like me. Then a couple days later he said he was pretty sure he'd follow me a long way. After I said we needed to go somewhere. Then he said if we were together all my dreams would come true. In addition he looks dreamily into my eyes when I drop him off at night. I can tell he wants to kiss me. I know he likes me, but do you think he is in love with me based on these actions?

Sounds pretty likely he is. Why don't you ask him if he has stronger feelings for you than just friendship?

That's a big question, and... I suggest that you try asking him, and insist that he tell you all of it, and the complete truth. Comminucation is very important, so... communicate with him. Get the answer that you deserve.

Yeah I think he likes you. But you should make sure you like him too first. Sometimes girls think they like a guy just because the guy likes them. Make sure you are willing to jeopardize your friendship to become more than friends.

He's just trying to get in your pants. That's the only reason why he's telling you all this bad stuff about his last victim. He's probably already scoped out the girl he's gonna bang after he's scored with you.

Maybe he finally realized that he should be with you and not with the other girl.
Kiss him unexpectedly. See if it shocks him. If he wants to be with you, he'll kiss you back.
