as who we'd like to be?

For example, I'm seeing a great guy who's much more reserved than I am. He's an obserserver, passive, and a peacemaker. I'm loud, can be argumentive and a talker. However, we both the same things like enjoy art & culture, dancing, wine, etc. I mentioned that sometimes I felt boisterous next to him because I'm a talker and he isn't. He said it's ok, he's comfortable w/that and that's what makes us good for each other. He also said that if opposites attract , there still needs to be some commonality to hold the relationship and that's what we have.... Do you agree?

I think it depends... I know that I like attracting guys who essentially wanna be ME, but I would never want to be them. Sounds mean, but most guys I date I'm usually one up on. And actually AM better than them.

I know the one I should essentially be with and the one I should be looking for, for long term respect and trust, is someone who I admire, and someone i WOULD like to become...

I think its important to date someone you admire... and share the same character as yourself inside.
