I believe God is a God of second chances. we know that Christ will not return until the word of God and who Christ is reaches the ends of the earth. Those who havent 'heard' will get the chance to hear and accept or reject, is my feeling

God won't condemn someone just because they haven't ever heard of Christ. Most of those people have some form of religion, or at least faith in something other then themselves. They may not have the technology, or the means of education that we have, but most have a complex belief system.
I think that will be taken into consideration. I think we will all be judged individually for what we did in this life, how we lived, and what we believed.

God says when that time comes and we stand before His Throne in judgement. No man will come to Him with an excuse.
Everyone will have heard the message of the Gospel at one time or another in their life. God judges the heart of an individual and because He is a just God, He knows best.
Aside from infants and those who never had a chance to live.
God takes into His loving arms.

why do Christians think that they're the only spiritual beings in existence? There are other major religions in the wold and minor ones as well. Christianity will look like it attracts more intelligent people if it stops discounting the validity of other religions and spiritual paths. There is more than one message as far as God goes, the Christian message is no more true than the Hindu or the Buddhist message. In fact, the mystics of all religions pretty much agree on God and reality. It's the fundies that don't recognize other religions.

Romans chapter 1 tells us that these people are taught by the natural things we encounter in life. They know good and evil by the convictions of the heart and even the things about God himself through natural systems. If these people can see that they need to treat others with compassion and kindness and to respect their environment then their hearts will justify them and the blood of Jesus Christ will cover them since he has died for the sins of the "whole earth". Once the name of Jesus Christ is made known in the area these people are living then they are responsible to accept or deny him.
Hope this helps. God bless.

The Scripture says, "Mine word have I written upon the tables of thine heart (conscience).: Basically, for those who've NEVER heard, the decision will be based upon the way a person acted or reacted in life based on their general knowledge of the difference between right and wrong that was ingrained in each of us by God. Those who act evil are inherently evil, therefore are condemned by their actions. They had to DWELL UPON their evil before they committed it, so they are condemned by their actions.

Why do you think God can't reveal himself to those people? Missionaries in remote portions of Africa noted on their travels, tribes who had never come into contact with the West, practicing a belief system of one God, and a savior sent to Earth. God can reveal Himself, a better question would be what about the mentally handicapped who can't make a decsion on their own... I believe God takes special care of them.

Have you ever heard the term 'Ignorance is no excuse for the law.'
Over thousands of years even remote communities have had visitors or missionaries come and go, then the people decided not to follow God or follow Christ, by not doing so they have condemned themselves and their descendants to Hell.
This is why there are missionaries to spread the word of God to people that have never had a chance to hear it.

They are not condemmed obviously.(although I know there are some extremists who think they are). The only condemnation I guess comes if you thoroughly understand the message, know it is the truth, and then go out of your way to reject it.
edit(reply to next poster): I said if you thoroughly believe it is the truth, and then turn your back knowing it is such, how is that unreasonable?
by the way, hell is a pagan concept not in the Bible. It was introduced by pagan converts in the 4th century. In the Bible, Jews (pre Talmud) and the early Christians believed in a resurrection of all, those who had heard the message and believed, amd those who had yet to hear.

All people are accountable to God whether they have “heard about Him” or not. The Bible tells us that God has clearly revealed Himself in nature (Romans 1:20) and in the hearts of people (Ecclesiastes 3:11). The problem is that the human race is sinful; we all reject this knowledge of God and rebel against Him (Romans 1:21-23). Apart from God's grace, God would give us over to the sinful desires of our hearts, allowing us to discover how useless and miserable life is apart from Him. This He does for those who reject Him (Romans 1:24-32).
In reality, it is not that some people have not heard about God. Rather, the problem is that they have rejected what they have heard and what is readily seen in nature. Deuteronomy 4:29 proclaims, “But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.” This verse teaches an important principle: everyone who truly seeks after God will find Him. If a person truly desires to know God, God will make Himself known.
The problem is, “there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God” (Romans 3:11). People reject the knowledge of God that is present in nature and in their own heart, and instead decide to worship a “god” of their own creation. It is foolish to debate the fairness of God sending someone to hell who never had the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Christ. People are responsible to God for what God has already revealed to them. The Bible says that people reject this knowledge, and therefore God is just in condemning them to hell.
Instead of debating the fate of those who have never heard, we, as Christians, should be doing our best to make sure that they hear. We are called to spread the Gospel throughout the nations (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8). The fact that we know people reject the knowledge of God revealed in nature must motivate us to proclaim the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ. Only through accepting the Gospel of God’s grace through the Lord Jesus Christ can people be saved from their sins and rescued from an eternity apart from God in hell.

what's wrong with you?
i really hate when narrow minded people as yourself think that we are all damned if we dont hear the message. we all are different and believe in different things. personally i feel i have nothing to fear especially because i have heard "message" and classed as a load of bollocks. people who have never even heard of things such as organised religion and live their life simply and well...i envy them.
