Luke was a whiny brat.
Darth Vader actually destroyed the emperor, and consequently the Empire.
Obi Wan gave Luke the key to blowing up the Death Star, which he probably could've done himself if he hadn't sacrificed his body to help Luke learn a lesson on how he couldn't depend on Obi Wan all his life.
Han and the Ewoks brought down the 2nd DS shield.
All Luke did was get his hand cut off.
